PROJECT DELIVERY

FROM SOURCE
TO SITE.

WHY OGMA?

Why OGMA rather than simply contacting a Chinese factory yourself?

Because finding a supplier is the easy part. Qualifying them, negotiating effectively, managing quality across international borders, coordinating logistics and actually delivering a working system to a project site — that is where complexity and risk accumulate.

OGMA converts more than two decades of cross-border operational experience into a structured delivery process that protects our clients from the risks they don't see until it's too late.

FINANCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT

Confidence to procure overseas.

Sending a substantial payment to an unfamiliar overseas factory can feel like the biggest risk in a project. Clients need confidence not only that the supplier is capable, but that their money is tied to products that are made, checked and delivered.

Where OGMA acts as the procurement partner, we can manage the supplier-facing financial exposure ourselves under agreed project terms. The client deals with OGMA rather than having to manage payments and disputes directly with multiple overseas manufacturers. We take responsibility for coordinating the order through to delivery, with clear contractual commitments about what is being supplied and when.

CONTROL THE COMMITMENT

We qualify suppliers, agree specifications and delivery milestones, and set payment terms against the actual production programme.

VERIFY BEFORE RELEASE

We track production, documentation and quality checks so supplier payments are managed against evidence of progress, not just promises.

SEE IT THROUGH TO SITE

We oversee shipping and delivery, resolve issues with factories directly and remain the client’s accountable procurement contact.

The payment structure, responsibilities and delivery protections are agreed for each project before an order is placed.
