OUR STORY
FROM DESIGN TO DEVELOPMENT.
OGMA's origins are in design, development and project delivery.
Operating in Shanghai gave the company first-hand exposure to the extraordinary evolution of China's manufacturing economy.
Over time, OGMA's role evolved.
Design became development.
Development required procurement.
Procurement required manufacturing expertise.
Manufacturing required supply-chain management.
And supply chains increasingly became driven by technology.

MARTIN O'DONNELL
Chief Executive Officer
Engineering graduate from UCD with more than 20 years' experience operating in China, advising international clients across project development, procurement, sustainable development and international trade. His role focuses on OGMA's strategy, European project development and international expansion.
HANNAH PENG
Chief Operations Officer
Shanghai native and Durham University MBA graduate with more than 15 years' experience across international trading, risk management and financial analysis. Hannah leads international operations and business analysis.
BOB CHE
Sourcing Director
Shanghai native with a PhD in Engineering from the University of Houston and more than 20 years' experience in the international energy industry, including extensive experience and relationships across conventional and new energy markets.
